FOR THOSE WHO FEEL LIKE THEY’VE TRIED EVERYTHING

If you’re here, you’ve probably already spent hours, energy, and maybe even a small fortune trying to help your dog.

You might have been told your dog is “too difficult” or “a lost cause.” Maybe you’ve faced trainers who only scratched the surface, leaving you feeling just as lost as when you started.

I know exactly how that feels because I’ve been there myself.

My journey into dog training didn’t begin with a straightforward path - it started with my own difficult dog.

After being bitten multiple times and hearing from countless trainers that my dog was beyond help, I was frustrated and defeated. I felt like I’d tried everything, and nothing seemed to work. But I couldn’t give up.

Instead, I set out to understand, to learn, and to find a way to truly connect with my dog.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Rooted in Empathy and Expertise

My journey took me through questions, qualifications, and years of hands-on experience - from working with rescue dogs at a Dobermann shelter to intensive training under renowned experts at Tarheel School for Dog Trainers in North Carolina. There, I learned to work with high-drive dogs trained for police work, dogs that needed more than commands—they needed a deep understanding of their instincts and behaviour.

This experience taught me something fundamental: every dog has the potential to change, and so does every relationship. But it requires more than basic obedience commands; it requires a tailored approach that respects your dog’s unique personality and challenges.

SUCCESS STORY

MADDIE & LUCKY

When I first met Maddie, she was feeling completely defeated.

Her 2-year-old Labrador, Lucky, was supposed to be her companion, but he was a whirlwind of excitement - barking, lunging, and pulling at the lead. Maddie had already worked with another trainer, but after six sessions, she felt like she was going in circles, relying on the same ineffective advice to “throw treats on the ground” to distract him. Nothing was working, and she was beginning to believe Lucky might just be untrainable.

During our first session, it didn’t take long to see that Lucky wasn’t aggressive - he was simply overflowing with energy and excitement. I helped Maddie understand that throwing treats wasn’t helping him focus; it was just another distraction. Instead, we built a system of communication, teaching Lucky to engage with Maddie in a meaningful way.

We worked together over three weeks in an intensive training programme focused on his recall, social neutrality, and lead manners. By the end of it, Lucky was a different dog. Maddie could finally enjoy walks without him pulling, and she felt confident enough to let him off-lead, knowing he’d come back when called. Now, Maddie has the dog she always hoped for, and they get to explore the world together, side by side.

As Maddie says, “Brad adapts to the dog - it’s not one way fits all. Lucky loved every session, and I finally have the companion I dreamed of.”
